Veteran Nigerian singer, Augustine Amedu Obiabo, better known as Blackface, has called for a reunion of the Plantashun Boiz music group, which consisted of 2Face, Faze and himself.

The ‘Hard Life’ hitmaker via his Instagram page call on his former bandmates to reunite with him.

Blackface noted that there is strength in unity as he urged fans to plead with 2Baba and Faze to answer his unity call.

He wrote:

“Plantashun Boiz, the question now is to be or not to be and why? @fazealone @official2baba.

“My people, oya make una talk put mouth for this matter! We are on a mission for world peace and it’s not a small thing!

“Unity is strength and not division. Let’s go champs.”

Plantashun Boiz split in 2004 after the release of their sophomore album ‘Sold Out’ only to reunite for their third album ‘Plan B’, before splitting again.
