The photo was taken while the singer was in Osogbo, Osun state capital. Portable stripped to his boxers as he stood semi clad in front of the image in a way many have described “insulting.”
Portable had said yesterday that he has been paid to campaign for presidential candidate of the ruling party, Bola Tinubu, and will do it with his “full chest”.

Reacting to the viral photo, Nigerians condemned his act as they tagged it a total disrespect to Awolowo and the entire Yoruba race.
One Phillip Duru wrote, “Just imagine the disrespect n nonsense dis APC n their stupidity is showcasing, when some group of old people paid a mad man to campaign for them, dis is what d result will be.”
One Laycon wrote, “The choice of this mad fellow to campaign for APC and Tinubu should tell any right-thinking person what Tinubu and his APC are all about. Show me your friends and I will tell you who you are, says a popular proverb.”
One Gbemi Hanks wrote, “APC is a big shame ,party of touts and urchins mobilisation to kill for political power . No one knows how to play it evil and dirty like Tinubu, now combining with Boko haram chairman na wah Oooo. We should resist all intimidation and save our country from this evil monsters .”
